Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit and include all hardware and instruction manuals.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that large freight items may require a scheduled pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
